We were in Portsmouth and needed a place to eat, so we did a quick Google search for the nearest kebab house. This one came up as the only option open for lunch in the area. They had an extensive menu, and we decided to order two small Doner kebabs. The food was of great quality, although the prices were a bit on the expensive side. The place was very clean and had a 5-star hygiene rating. The service was excellent, and they provided clean tables and chairs for those who wanted to dine in. The male and female toilet facilities were also well-maintained and clean. If we find ourselves in Portsmouth again, we would definitely consider visiting this place once more.

We traveled from london. Stoped for lunch. Lovely service from Abdula we used the clean toilets even prayed and when we ordered our food he was very helpful with the menu. Food arrived it was delicious. Thanks for delicious food and service

Prices are mind-blowing (it's a lot more expensive where I am for the same things - so value for money is a definite YES.) Service was a bit hit and miss the second time, but I guess it depends who you get on shift when you go in, the first time staff were interactive, almost playful and added to the experience, the second, they just served the food and gave you the basic service you'd expect every time if you hadn't had the outstanding and fun service the first time. So not a huge negative but it would be nice to see the same enthusiasm from everyone there. Will definitely use them every time I fancy a take-away and I'm in the area!

Great staff and they are always busy with orders! Regularly order chicken and lamb donner wraps and they taste great! One of the best kebabs I have had in Portsmouth! Really recommend Istanbul Grill House!
